The first chapter, first verse of the Yoga Sutras (our handbook on Happiness) begins like all great stories...Once upon a time...now we begin the study of yoga.Really you are beginning to design your best life ever! I hope you are ready for YOU! I am eager to begin this auspicious journey with all of you and look forward to sharing the path as we all blossom into greater fullness. We will go over the schedule + itinerary in detail when together online. 

Spending time together (virtually) these next 8 weeks will be unforgettable - and studying yoga along with other wonderful activities will only enhance the fun! 

We have an exciting start planned and I promise you will be flying high stoked on creative inspiration! On behalf of The Alchemy of Yoga team, we are over the moon excited for this journey together and feel totally blessed to share it with all of you.
