Class 1 Fundamental Foot placement in hip open standing poses, modifications, and benefits

Class 2 Fundamental Foot placement in hip closed standing poses, modifications, and benefits

Class 3 Breaking down Sun Salutation A and Modified Sun Salute A, to understand safe practice

Class 4 The 2 key principles of Twists, how to practice safely, modifications and benefits

Class 5 Hatha Vinyasa Flow Class sequenced with hip open standing poses 

Class 6 Hatha Vinyasa Flow Class sequenced with hip closed standing poses

Class 7 Hatha Vinyasa Flow Class sequenced with twists as primary focus

*The intention is that you have 1 week of Yoga Classes to keep practicing at home.


Suggested Home Practice Sequence

  • Seated or Reclined 3-Part Breath: inhale to fill from the bottom up, exhale from the top down.
  • Table –Bharmanasana
  • Cat/Cow – Marjaiasana/Bitilasana
  • Thread the Needle – Parsva Balasana
  • Spinal balance (Balancing Table): lift opposite arm and leg 
  • Downward Facing Dog - Adho Mukha Svanasana
  • Child’s Pose - Balasana
